Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Loosn is operated by TEMO WEALTH CONSULTING LLC. Loosn is self-directed credit dispute software: you provide your credit report data, review AI-generated analysis, and decide what to dispute. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and who processes it.

2. Data we collect

Account data: email address, password (handled by our authentication provider), and language preference.

Identity data: your legal name, date of birth, mailing address, and a government-issued ID image collected through Stripe Identity for verification. Your Social Security Number is collected once for dispute-letter matching and is encrypted with AES-256-GCM the moment you submit it; it is stored only as ciphertext, is never logged, and is never displayed after entry.

Credit data: credit report PDFs you upload, credit data retrieved from a credit monitoring partner when you enroll, bureau response documents you upload, and the dispute letters generated for you.

Payment data: handled by Stripe. Loosn never stores your card number.

Usage data: basic technical logs and, if you arrive via a marketing link, campaign attribution parameters stored in a cookie. Loosn does not currently run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on the site.

3. How we use your data

To operate the Service: analyzing your credit report with AI, generating dispute letters in your name, assembling mailing packets (letter, ID image, and proof of address) for letters you approve, tracking mail delivery, and sending transactional and educational emails (educational emails have one-click unsubscribe). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who processes your data

Loosn uses these service providers to operate: Stripe (payments and identity verification), Supabase (database, authentication, and encrypted document storage), Anthropic (AI analysis of the credit data you submit), Resend (email delivery), Lob (printing and mailing letters you approve), the United States Postal Service (mail delivery and tracking), a credit monitoring partner (tri-bureau data, when you enroll), and Vercel (hosting). Each receives only the data needed for its function.

5. Security

Documents are stored in access-controlled, encrypted storage. Your SSN is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and cannot be viewed in plaintext through the application. Access to production data is restricted.

6. Retention and your rights

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request an export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@loosn.io; some records (for example, consent and billing records) may be retained where the law requires it. Depending on your state of residence you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete personal information — contact us and we will honor applicable requests.
